Respond or Dispute a Listing

If you are named in a report, you have a standing right to respond publicly — free of charge, always. This page explains your options; the actual response form is linked from the specific listing.

Find the listing first. To respond to a specific report, go to that listing page and use the "Respond to this report" link — it opens the response form pre-linked to that listing. Use Search to find the listing by name or number.

Your options when responding

What happens after you respond

A moderator reviews your response to confirm it's a genuine response from the named party, then posts it alongside the original listing. If you disagree with the outcome, you can file one structured appeal — see how corrections and appeals work.

You will never be asked to pay to respond, correct an error, or appeal a decision. No payment of any kind removes or suppresses a published listing — see our Governance commitments.
