Community Content Rules

The following content is prohibited on VegasBlacklist, in reports, responses, comments, and evidence alike:

• Knowingly false statements.
• Impersonation of another person or business.
• Manipulated or fabricated evidence (edited screenshots, doctored documents, etc.).
• Harassment, threats, or content intended to intimidate rather than inform.
• Doxxing — publishing home addresses, workplace details beyond what's relevant, or other identifying information not necessary to the report.
• Discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics.
• Intimate or sexual content of any kind.
• Identifying information about minors.
• Content drawn from sealed, expunged, or otherwise legally restricted records.
• Irrelevant sensitive personal information (medical history, immigration status, etc.) not material to the reported conduct.
• Extortion — using a report or the threat of one to demand payment.
• Competitive sabotage — reports submitted primarily to harm a business rival rather than to document a genuine incident.
• Spam or SEO manipulation — submissions designed to game search visibility rather than document a real incident.

Violating content will be rejected during moderation or removed after publication, and repeat or severe violations may result in account suspension.
