Law-Enforcement Request Policy
VegasBlacklist responds to law-enforcement requests for user data (account information, submission metadata, IP logs) when accompanied by valid legal process — such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant, as applicable to the type of data requested.
Except where prohibited by law (e.g., under a valid non-disclosure order) or where doing so would create a genuine safety risk, VegasBlacklist will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user before producing their data, so they have an opportunity to challenge the request through appropriate legal channels.
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm are handled on an expedited basis under applicable emergency-disclosure provisions.
Requests should be directed through the contact method in the Terms of Use, addressed to the platform operator.
