If VegasBlacklist carries advertising or paid features in the future, payment will never influence:

• Whether a report is published, corrected, or removed.
• Where a listing ranks in search results.
• Moderation outcomes of any kind.
• Placement or visibility of a response or dispute.
• Whether a correction or removal request is granted.
• The outcome of an appeal.
• The evidence level assigned to a listing.

Things VegasBlacklist will never sell:

• Removal of a published listing.
• Suppression of a listing in search results.
• "Clean" or verified badges unconnected to actual moderation outcomes.
• Priority placement of a response.
• Better moderation outcomes of any kind.
• Reports about competitors on behalf of a paying party.
• Exports of personal data collected from users.
• Regulated background-check products (VegasBlacklist is not a consumer reporting agency and does not offer FCRA-compliant background checks).
