Copyright and DMCA Policy
If you believe content on VegasBlacklist infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (a listing URL is sufficient).
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-notice. A user whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice containing their contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consenting to jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
VegasBlacklist will process valid counter-notices per the standard DMCA timeline and may restore content absent further legal action from the original claimant.
