About VegasBlacklist

VegasBlacklist is an independent, community-run registry that helps people in the Las Vegas area check a name, business, or phone number before they pay, hire, rent, buy, or partner with someone.

What this is. A place where people who experienced a scam, theft, fraud, or serious non-payment dispute can document it, back it with evidence, and let the community see it — after a human moderator reviews the submission. Every named person or business can respond publicly, free of charge, at any time.

What this is not. VegasBlacklist is not a court, not a government agency, not a background-check company, and not a law-enforcement database. A listing here is a documented allegation, not a legal finding of guilt or liability. We do not determine who is right — we require evidence, apply consistent rules, and give everyone named a chance to respond.

Independent status. VegasBlacklist is independently operated. It is not affiliated with the State of Nevada, the Nevada Gaming Control Board, the courts, or the official Nevada Excluded Person List.

Our principles:

• Evidence required for every report — no anonymous accusations with nothing behind them.
• Human review before anything goes live.
• Every named party gets a visible, free right of reply.
• Personal information is minimized — phone numbers are never published in full.
• Corrections and removals happen when the record warrants it, and the history stays visible so nothing is quietly rewritten.
